I have two HP Photosmart printers (7510 and 7520) which have been working with my MacBookPro (macOS HighSierra 10.12. The recent upgrade to 10.13.4 still allows me to connect to the HP7520 but the 7510 no longer is recognized. It appears that the Driver does not allow me to connect to the 10.13.4 operating system. Is there anything I can do to still use this printer?

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the printer was working fine?
- How is the printer connected to your computer? (USB/Wireless)
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Meanwhile, I recommend you remove and add the printer as AirPrint printer and check if it helps. Follow the steps in the below article for detailed instructions.
