I installed HP Scan & Capture on my PC but when I try to scan a document, it displays a "General Failure" message. Why is that so? I am running Windows 10, Version 1903 and an HP Laserjet 3380 is connected to my PC. Is it probable that the software is not compatible with this printer? Can someone please assist?

HP LaserJet 3380 All-in-One Printer is not supported by HP Smart app. Refer to this document and check under HP laserjet printer for more info.
You may download the print driver from HP Support site.
