HP Smart keeps crashing on one of my computers.

My HP Smart App on my computer just does not work. It keeps crashing and I can not get it to stay open. I have reinstalled over and over. Restarted my computer. Removed and readded my printer, etc. 

We just puchased the printer and the App works on our two cell phones and my other computer but will not work on this computer.

Hi,

Type HP Smart into the search bar, right-click HP Smart and select App Settings.

Click the Reset button and reset the app, then check for any difference.

If the same persists please update your OS and check again, from the Start menu click the gear icon and select Update & Security, then click Check for Updates and update your operating system.

Complete these steps upon the computer restarts and update your OS till no further updates are available once clicking the Check for Updates button. if the same persists try resetting the app with the latest updates too and check.

The new version of HP Smart for Windows hit the windows store overnight so we hope to see a decrease in crashes.
