Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP installer cannot find a networked printer by IP address, name, or hardware address.  Under Windows 7, it could.  I was able to add the printer through Windows Add Printer, but how do I add the scanner?

HP Recommended

This inability of HP to write reliable installers is why I will buy from someone else in the future.  When I worked for HP, this was a widely recognized problem among us developers.  You can install ONCE, but seldom twice.
