Hi,

What is the exact PC model?

The HP Pavilion 23-q113w as example do not support dual band but only a single 2.4GHz band

Integrated Bluetooth 4.0 and Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n featuring 2.4 GHz 1 x 1 technology

Hi would assume the same applies for your PC and therefore it does not find any 5GHz network...
