Product: HP 3632
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install a 3632 inkjet printer on a new computer. I see the printer in HP Smart and it shows status of Ready but installation status is "Not installed". I was able to print a test page from HP Smart but there is no printer in Windows and when I try to install it, it fails to complete and just sits there "Connecting"... I have run the Print and Scan Doctor utility and the Printing troubleshooters from HP... no joy - it continues to not work. I've rebooted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled at least as many... but the printer never completes an install into Windows.

 

Any ideas on something that I can try that isn't obvious?
