ENVY 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After years of joyous printing, on Sept 23, 2017, after downloading  Printer Doctor 5.1, my printer  began rejecting tricolor cartridges. It rejected non-hp cartridges and even a newly purchased HP tricolor cartridge. Error reads The Following Cartridge Must Be Replaced.

What software download will correct this? What will bypass the dynamic security feature or chip info or authentication chip or anonymous usage memory chip info?

I located the link for updated firmware to unblock 3rd party cartridges for Officejet printers. Where is the link for Envy 5530 series?  Where is the link for an older version of the firmware to move down from ORL1CN1547AR ?  How to resolve this issue.  my home has 4 HP printers.  Will this be the case with all HP printers???
