HP700241 (HP ENVY 4520 series) printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Update to the latter, previously submitted inquiry: The issue apparently only occurs when trying to print from a PDF file.......

"........ I have an HP700241 (HP ENVY 4520 series) printer. If I print off an "HP Network Configuration Page", for example, directly from the printer itself, It prints full page and just fine. However, when I try to print something that is coming, via bluetooth, from my laptop (with Windows 7), the printouts are consistently producing a partial printout of the page that is a smaller square of printing, I'd say about a quarter cropping of the printing, oriented in the top, middle area of the paper (standard letter size). When I go to the "layout" settings, It does show a graphic of the paper with a smaller square of 'printing' within the representation of the page size, apparently representing what's actually taking place with the actual printing. I am unable to make adjustments to change said graphic's appearance in the "layout" settings for some reason, and it seems that whatever is preventing me from being able to adjust that, is causing the problem(?). Btw, this issue began occurring before Microsoft stopped supporting the Windows 7 operating system, if that matters. So anyway, if someone there at HP could please tell me how I can get this "HP700241 (HP ENVY 4520 series)" printer to start printing full page printings again, I'd sure appreciate it. ......"
