HP7310xi officejet all in one printer was working fine till latest Windows 10 update, the TrayApp window pops up requesting a folder 7zS2DFB nowhere to be found; the printer started 3 lights flickering constantly, power, admiration sign and auto answer.

I've tried by all means to reconfigure and changing the Windows 7 compatability issue and nothing works.

Windows 7 upgraded to windows 10 was working fine till the TrayApp window started popping up and staying on my desktop till I finished my work.
I've tried all types of restoring till I run out of my last or first restore point and this issue still comes back again and again annoying my work concentration, please help me restore my printer settings. The compatibility property as authorized user doesn't fix the issue.

Restore the factory defaults

You can restore the original factory settings to what they were when you purchased your HP all-in-one.

Note: Restoring the factory defaults will not change the date information you set, nor will it affect any changes you made to scan settings and the language and country/region settings.

You can perform this process from the control panel only.

1 Press Setup.

2 Press 6, then press 3.

This displays the Tools menu and then selects Restore Factory Defaults.

The factory default settings are restored.

You can also delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

Remove the USB if connected

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-7300-all-in-one-printer-seri... to download and install the HP Photosmart and Officejet Full Feature Software and Drivers.
