HP8720

I used my HP 8720 very sucessfully for around 2 years I think.  For the last few months it would go to a white flashing screen once in a while which gradually became more regualar and would happen about every 5 min.  I would have to turn off and on each time.

 

Now it won't connect to my network anymore.  I tried a reset through the internal menu and it still won't connect.  Please help!

 

I printed the wireless network test results and is says Settings no filtering FAIL.  MAC address filtering is not enabled on my router.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Did you try the Printer reset or the network reset? Is the wireless light blinking on the Printer?

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall socket directly.
