Out Of Magenta ink and How do I print with Black or grayscale.

As I understand you are having issues with printing black or grayscale only. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

 

I reviewed your post and see that Magenta is depleted. That is the reason why you are not able to print in black or grayscale. In this scenario, you would first need to replace the magenta ink and then try to print in black or grayscale.

 

For more details, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP Inkjet Printers - Printing with Black Ink Only (Mac)

Thanks for your reply and answer, and i will replace cartridge and look in settings for option to print in black or grayscale only. That is my issue as I don't see and option for me to print only in black.
