HP Photosmart 2575 All -in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Soluition Centre is showing that my printer (HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One) is disconnected and the Ink leveles are also not showing.  There seems to be a problem with two-way communication with the USB.  However he printer is still working and i am able to print.

 

I am running Windows 10.

 

I'm aware that there was a recent very large update on my system.  It took around 45 minutes to complete.

 

How do I fix this?  I'm not a techy.

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! I’d like to be of your assistance!


I understand that the Solution Center is not working on your Windows 10 machine. The Solution Center is an old program and it looks like the program is not compatible with your Windows 10 environment.


We do not have the Windows 10 version of the HP Solution Center for the Photosmart 2575. Hence I’d suggest you try using the HP AiO Remote app to check the ink level and to scan from PC. This is a free app and you can install it here: HP Smart
