I am getting the message on my printer carriage stall. There is nothing jammed in the machine.

3510 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer has been working fine. 
One day I kept getting the message paper jam.I have checked and nothing is jammed in there but i cannot print.

Test page and paper will go through the machine but when trying to start it sounds like it is trying to print but cannot.
I have reinstalled and updated drivers but still nothing.

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Carriage Jam' Message Displays for HP Deskjet 3510 and HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3510 e-All-in-One... and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
