I bought a printer that is HP LaserJet CP 1025 color. It wasn't accepted by my macbook pro.  

sometimes it appeared an erros "Non HP - Black cartridge. Please help me to deal with this issue. Thank you so much.

I understand you are getting Non-HP black ink cartridge installed on the printer error.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Are using HP genuine ink cartridges on your printer?

 

Does the issue persist when you put the old ink cartridge back to your printer?

 

Please provide the ink cartridge number you are using on your printer?

 

Do you get any ink cartridge error on your printer?

 

Remove and insert the cartridge back to your printer.

 

Q: What is the intent of the non-HP message?

A: The intent of the message is to inform customers that a non-genuine HP cartridge is in the product.

Q: Why is there a non-HP cartridge message from the on-line verification tool when the product control panel message states that a genuine HP cartridge is installed?

A: On-line verification technology is more accurate than the technology to detect a non-HP cartridge.

Q: Will other HP product models behave in this same manner?

A: Yes. Many HP products will also exhibit this same type of behavior.

Q: Is there a technical solution for this issue?

A: No. The product and cartridge are performing as designed.
