Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install HP updates for HP Printer.

I believe there are two updates.

The first fails saying 'Unknown Installtion'; the second fails saying 'Skippedinstallation'.

@Ben141 Maybe your printer doesn't require those updates, could you tell me what they are for? and where are you installing it from?

Please do share a screenshot of the error message as well, so we know exactly what you need help with, and help accordingly.
