I just started to receive a printer failure message on my Office Jet 6600

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just started to receive an error message on my HP Office Jet 6600 (Printer failure)


There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn off, then on.  If problem persists contact HP.  0x61011bed.



Turning the power off and then on is not working.  What can I do to remedy the problem.
