Product: HP ENVY 5540

Hello, 

A couple months ago I was prompted to turn my HP Envy 5540 wireless. Before, I had used a USB to connect my computer to my printer and then printed but I was prompted to go from USB to wireless. Ever since then, I have been unable to use my printer. Is there a way to reverse this? Or make my printer go back to factory settings? 

 

Thanks to anybody who has some information to add. I'm crap with technology really so could use all the help I can get
