Incompatible cartridges

Hi,

 

i tried to change my ink twice and i bought Two new inks and i am still getting the same error which is incompatible cartridges.

please let me know how i fix it. I followed all the steps of cleaning and reseting the printer. But nothing worked.

 

please let me know how i can fix my problem

I understand that you are getting Incompatible cartridges error.

 

Please let us know if you are using HP genuine ink cartridges.

 

Please perform the hard reset and check.

 

  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on. 

  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. 

  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. 

  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 

  5. Wait at least 60 seconds. 

  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. 

  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer. 

  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. 

  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed

Hi,

i have tried to follow the same steps as you provided but i am still getting the same error “ incompatible cartridges “

could you please provide an alternative solution 

FYI: the old ink that was i used to refill was 364 now i bought the compatible Ink number fOr my printer which is 564 but still not working

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
