Quick question, is it possible to install the drivers for the printer and scanner for my HP Officejet Pro 8620 onto my Windows 10 Pro laptop. I know there is basic driver support, but I want to be able to intall the full drivers?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Yes you can, my previous loan printer was an HP Office Pro 8620 and I did many tests on it including using computers with Windows 10 Pro. Please download the following Full Software and Drivers and install to your computer
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL51217/bi-124140-4/OJ8620_198.exe
Regards.
