You can download the driver from Microsoft.
The 2nd file listed on the page is for 64 bit.
You may have to manually install the driver as follows...
Download and install this free file utility. The 2nd item at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
After you install 7-Zip, open the file folder you downloaded, and right click on the file inside the folder (AMD64...)
Select 7-Zip from the menu and have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract that file into its driver folder.
Once that is done, do your add printer wizard and click on Have Disk, and browse to the driver folder 7-Zip created\prnhp001, and select the HP LaserJet 1100 from the list and the driver should install.

I do this. It is not working.
Win 7 writing: In this folder, no files are compatible with this device. If this folder has a driver, please, proverte whether it is compatible with 64 bit device.
Win7 need *.inf file, but in all drivers on microsoft.com have not this file.

The prnhp001 file is the setup information file.
The printer is located here...
; Windows Inbox Printer Drivers
"HP LaserJet 1100 (MS)" = HPLJ1100.GPD,Hewlett-PackardHP_La848D,HP_LaserJet_1100_(MS) ; Hardware ID
If that driver doesn't work, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
You may also want to review the info on this link to see if that helps...
