Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my OP from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Few days back I formatted my PC and installed again Windows 10. Since that time I could not install my HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer. The message received is:

"Windows can't install the HP Officejet Pro 8610 kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with the version of windows you are running contact the manufacturer."

I tried many ways including HP print and scan doctor and HP online support but failed to install the printer. Add new printer in control panel found the printer but with unavailable drive.
