I'm unable to print anything. But I am able to print a test page from the printer itself. How do I know if the test print shows everything is printing accurately or not? I see both color and black and white images in the test page.
When I print from my computer, it sees the printer wirelessly and the printer runs and spits out a page but it doesn't have anything on it. I have tried this by printing from a variety of different files and none of them print anything. Please help
