Product: MF M127
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello ,

I am trying to run jetadmin in our network bit some of the devices are not supported .

When I try to collect Device Utilization data it gives me that the device is not supported ( The required Trap are not supported ).

Printer model number is MFP M127 fs. When I login to the printer I see the page count , but I cannot make report of it via the Jetadmin.

 

Can you please help me ?
