HP Recommended

I have a HP Laptop with the 17inch touch screen. Not sure if its the "Envy" or not, anyhow the hinge is screwed up and now the bottom of the case is separated when you try to open or close the lap top. I saw on HPs Forum a lot of people are having this issue. Anybody on here have the problem?
