 The link to the driver is not workin Firmware update Utility (Windows)  I found it in:

 that  what I want to go to. Then I get  an error

https://support.hp.com/bg-en/error?errorType=500  ( temporally unavailable)

Please help me

My drivers and software is allright.  I have a problem with the cartridges. You can see it here.

It is in Dutch but you can see the pictures. There is a link to the solution. Thilink is not workingand I don- found the solution in your link. I hope you can help me with it?

The link is broken.

 

If it's cartridges issue, try to take it out and put it back again.

 

Else, it could be a defective cartridge.
