DeskJet 3637 (Series 3630)
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am in the process of setting up my DeskJet 3637 printer for the first time. I have downloaded and installed the 97 MB Application software. In what I assume is one of the last choices I have to make, the HP window is asking me if I want to choose Automatic Setup or Manual Setup. I am not concerned about which button to choose since I will pick the recommended Automatic Setup.

What does concern me is what I saw briefly on the monitor during the stage where the software I mentioned above was installed. It said something about me not being allowed to use the HP printer from more than one computer. The computer I am in the process of connecting to the DeskJet 3637 is a 6 year old computer I will be using for only a few more weeks. I have another new HP computer that I have not put into use yet but which I want to connect to the DeskJet 3637 when I install the new computer. (By the way, the warranty for this printer expired about four months ago, so HP product support won't answer any questions.)

My question is: Will I be allowed to go through the installation process again with the new computer? If not, should I abort the installation process to the old computer?
