HP 1315

I have unplugged the printer from the computer.   Shut my computer off.  Used new paper.   Still says paper jam

The alignment page prints thought.   Therefore there is no paper jam.   What can I do to get this printer to print please?

As I Understand the HP 1315 PhotoSmart printer doesn't print due to a paper jam message, though you've cleared it,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you clear the paper jam from the rear & the front of the All-in-One?

Have you cleared the paper rollers?

 

While you respond to that, here's all you need to know:

 

Solution one: Clear the paper jam

 

Solution two: Clean the paper rollers

 

Solution three: Perform a power reset
