Hello, hopefully someone can help.  I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer and the other day it stopped printing with an error message saying: Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or print system.  Turn the printer off, then turn on. I did this and it's still doing the same thing with the same message.  I also saw a message that said I had a paperjam, which I don't.  If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you
