could somebody send me please the HP Essential Software version 5.10.5.14  link to download, because the HP Easy Start can not download it many times stopped.

I'm not sure how this works but if someone could send me a link to download v 5.10.5.14 I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

Try following HP Easy Start again, upon the software selection screen be sure to keep only the HP Essential Software selected, be sure to uncheck any other option such as HP Easy Scan and HP Product Help, then check for any difference installing the drivers.

 

Please let me know if you may now see any difference.

I was hoping to get a .pkg file as their are multiple computers that will be printing to this printer and I would like to deploy it with our remote management software.
