Hi,

Use any unextract utility such as 7-ZIP or Winrar to extract the web-pack into any folder, there you will find the MSI package specified.

Alternatively, open the Run dialog, type %temp% and press OK.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)

There you will see the extracted web-pack included the MSI files referred to.

Hi,

Download the drivers by selecting Windows Server 2012 R2 from HP.com:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9020/OJP9020_Basicx64_49.3.4475.exe

be sure to go through the IT Administrator guide associated with the download to install it, you should install it using the command line on a Server:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03809643

ShlomiL,

Thanks for the recommendation, however as you can see the download is for an .exe driver package and not an msi package.  The server install instructions you reference are for an msi package and are not for an .exe driver package.  I tried running the

OJP9020_Basicx64_49.3.4474.exe and I get an error stating that "This computer does not meet the following system requirement(s):

The Operating System of this computer is not supported.  For a list of supported Operating Systems, please check http://www.hp.com or your printer documentation.  Install this software on a computer with supported Operating system.

The installation cannot continue.  Follow the instructions above to resolve the issue(s) listed, and then restart the installation."

When I check the Compatible Operating Systems on the hp website listed below, it includes Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit.

https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-officejet-pro-9025-all-in-one-printer?jumpid=cp_r11400_us/en/pdp/h...

I am stuck at this point with no solution!  Please let me know if you or someone else has any ideas.
