Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New HP Laptop does not see HP printer, although driver deleted and reinstalled....tried everything.  Worked when Laptop purchased but now can not print or scan.

Could you please help me with the Exact model name or the product number of the printer?

Make sure the printer and computer are connected to the same network.

Is the copy working fine? (If available)

Hi Raj,  In the end I had to get an IT specialist in.  It took him 2 hours to finally connect the 2 again, and is pretty stumped as to what the problem was...but at least its working now
