We had a windows update on Feb 11th, now I have no drivers for my HP Printer, error message says another program has disabled the printer? I am using Quick Books also, but cannot print invoices.

What did not helped?  Installing the drivers didn't help at all?

 

Can you try the HP Smart  apps?

I have the HP Smart App. I have uninstalled the printer, used the CD disc to reinstall - I have a usb direct connection and it still tells me there are no drivers, even when I downloaded the OJ8210 Full Web Pack. ? Still stumped...

I have now downloaded the HP Universal PCL 6 and am able to connect through it to my HP 8210 - seems to be working for now although the next Windows update may upset things again.
