Hello.

My printer stopped printing in colour. I have full cartridges of ink. Have removed and reinstalled - unplugged and replugged and reinstalled - each time - I still do not have colour. I have gone into devices - printer properties-paper/quality tab and it appears no colour option is available - I have only black or grayscale options. This printer is less than 1 year old. Thanks

Hi,

I tried both solutions and still no colour.

Maybe time to have HP replace the printer since I have only had it since July 2019:(
