I reset my trusted B110a and it's now saying my HP ink cartridges are incompatible and I should use set-up cartridges. How do I override this please.

@hn132,

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!

We can override the cartridge error.

Ensure that you are using the compatible ink cartridges for the printer.

The ink cartridge reset/override settings vary from one printer model to another.

I will send you a private message that would have the steps to override the error.

Follow the steps given in the private message and you should able to use the standard cartridges on the printer.

Let me know if this information helps.

Hi - I have the same problem. I have performed a OOB reset but don't have the setup cartridges. I would appreciate the solution.

Thanks
