Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740

Hi, I am trying to find the function that disables the alarms that ring at the end of printing a document.

I have tried a few different suggestions but haven't been able to find the "Notification" , "Printer Status Notification" or "Show notification information" options to disable.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer volume. 

 

To better assist you - Is this related to the fax sound volume? If yes, please try these steps -

 

1. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .
2. Touch Setup , and then touch Preferences .
3. Touch Fax Volume.
4. Touch to select Soft, Loud, or off .
