Have never seen this box in the year+ the printer has been in use. No change to attachment. Thought it wanted the wireless PW, but that doesn't work.

  1. Why am I seeing this authentication box? I'm not aware of anything having changed that mght have triggered this.
  2. What PW is it looking for?

Thanks.

No change, I'm afraid. All the steps in your instructions appeared to work, but the problem remains after starting the printer.
