HP Officejet 4650
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

New purchase and install of HP4650.  All wireless.  Printing works fine.  When I try to scan, HP Print and Scan Doctor telling me Driver's not correct...but when I run the driver detect, it tells me everything is current.  Infuriating!  Is there anyone who can talk to me?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

2. Uninstall the software in your computer
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

After a successfuly install, you should be able to scan.

Hope that helps!

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
