Hi,

I am currently running my Officejet Pro 8600 in Mac OS 10.10 environment. What if I upgrade to Mac OS 10.11 or 10.12 which are listed as not supported by HP? Can I still get full functionality?

Also I am planning to buy a second Officejet Pro printer – model 8710 – and have the same question concerning this printer?

@Thomas46- both of the printers are full supported by Mac OS 10.13, 10.12 or 10.111, the latest drivers can be obtained by using HP Easy Start below:

@Sambo76- if you experience any issue please post your ownthread with detailed information so we may help, posting all over without any details will not get much help getting the problem resolved...

I have downloaded the suggested dirvers for 8620/8710.  I have upgraded to Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.2 my IMac does not recognize my printers.  Everything worked great before upgrade.
