Product: Laserjet P2055DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the file  ljp2050_Series_FW_Update_20141201_signed and wish to update the firmware on all our networked printers. When I run it on the server I get a message that no printers have been found.

 

I am trying to update the firmware as a first step to getting the printers working on Airpring on our iPads.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
