HP p6-2419er
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, Computer HP p6-2419er Intel core i5 3330. Windows 8.1. There is a slot for sd card. He does not see not only the media itself in my computer, but even in the disk management it is not displayed. Capacity 2 GB. Near the card reader itself, the LED lights up when you insert it, and remains on until you pull it out. Where is the slot for a card reader - it is written: sd, ms, xd. Must see. On a laptop Samsung RV-508 Windows 7 Ultimate sees calmly, you can throw Old info back and forth. Card reader for micro sd "smartbuy". Sister's laptop, she will take it. I need to generally figure out so that the computer sees this microsd card in the sd card reader. Help please. Thanks in advance.

Hello, if you have the light on between your SD port, the card is been connected. If this media is not appears in your explorer or the disk manager, it is maybe a driver problem.

I don't see card reader driver for your PC.. Windows 8 is been your original system??

You can install the last version of HP Support Assistant and check drivers update:

If any, please check in your device manager (at left when you are in the device manager) if you have a driver for your card reader installed.
