macOS 10.12 Sierra

When I try printing to the photo tray, it just prints from the main tray. When I checked the presets, it says that the source of the paper for the "Print from Photo Tray" option is the main tray. How can I change this? There is no way for me to print to the photo tray. See below.

@dolvet, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Try creating a new preset and see if that works-

  1. Open the print dialog for the photo you are printing.

  2. Change any print settings.

  3. Click the Presets menu, and then select Save Current Settings as Preset.

  4. Type a name for the preset, select Only this printer or All printers, and then click OK.

Also, refer to the document HP Printers - How to Print Photos (Mac)  for additional help.
