Product: Photosmart C5280 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Yes when I was running Windows XP and Windows 7 and I downloaded the full feature and it always included Photosmart Essentails which was really nothing more than a library but it has the part that allows me to print directly to disc (120mm). But now I'm running Windows 8.1 and I haven't seen it yet. Anybody have a clue where I can find it or if it's even available in 8.1

Hi,

No official CD printing is available for Windows 8 or any later operating system.

 

You ay try installing HP Photosmart Essencial with compatibility mode and see if that may work:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/united-states/pse/pse_350_enu.exe

 

Save it to yoru desktop, right clcikt eh file and select Troubleshoot Compatibility.

Follow the steps by selecting that the software has worked on Windows 7 or 8 and see if that may work.

 

Else you may try using a 3rd party software such as Acoustics CD/DVD Label Maker:
