Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Experts,

 

We have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw and its installed Print Server over Network and its Shared to the client computers. Some computer has print issue once install the same printer.

Spooler not running while print. If we login Administrator account and start spooler services then it’s working.

We tried to deleted and install again the driver from cd however the issue still persist.

Few of computers format and install OS then its printing well and spool working stable.

 

Operating System :  win10 & win 7

Seeking  support .
