Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, all -

    Using Print and Scan Doctor, it gets to the screen

where I am informed that the printer I want is not

my "default printer."  IThe screen also asks, "Would

you like to make the one I want your 'default printer?'"

    I left click on the box "yes." But, nothing happens!

    How do I solve this problem??

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

On the PC, search and open Control panel > Devices and printers > Select your printer > Right-click > Set as default.

A green checkmark can be seen once it is selected as the default printer.
