I have an Office Jet Pro 8600, i changed some cartridges and now the printer says it "printer failure, turn off/on and if you continue to have problems contact HP.com" I cannot get the printer to restart with the printer failure message. Is this a hard failure of printer or perhaps the head? I have taken out the printhead as well and reseated it in the tray to no avail

Printer failure error is a hardware issue. If the printer is in warranty, kindly contact 1 800 474 6836
