Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this printer "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 E-All-In-One" that I bought in Brazil (where I lived before), but now I´m living on Sweden, I bought the ink "HP 364", indicated for the model "HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer" exatly the same hardware. But my printer is showing the "incopatible cartridge".

 

It is possible to update the firmeware to use the Europe's cartridge?

HP Printers - Find and Install Cartridges after Moving to another Country.  The printer needs to be regionalized to the new country by contacting HP directly.

You will need new cartridges from the country you are in at the time you contact HP below.

Note: If the printer is out of warranty follow these steps to dispute the issues as the cartridges are in warranty.  You will then be provided with the contact details for this matter.
