Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620Example: Pavilion 65XX

Product Name HP Officejet Pro 8620. Error Code 0xc19a0013. The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  I took the printhead out, as instructed, and put it back in, but to no avail.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
