Product: HP Photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer doesnt print from PC ( does from laptops) Op system Windows 7 -64.

Doc sticks in queue. tried reseting spooler, works sometimes.

Tried diagnostics result is spooler error (repaired ) & update required - not installed - error code(s) 8024200D & 80070490.

Support solutions failed! Have uninstalled software and reinstalled via web - no good

Uninstalled and reinstalled via CD, this has worked for 3 days but is now back to square 1.

Never had this problem with Visa nor for the past 6 months with W7. What is going on?

Have Scan doctor installed and tried on numerous occasions.

Comes up with :- recommended updates & Print queue faults.(when a doc is in the spooler)

Can rectify PQ fault by restarting spooler in services.msc

Have looked at all the recommended solutions and tried Software downloads

Have tried uninstall &  web based reinstall, without success.

uninstalled and reinstalled using original driverCD. worked photo printing and docs for 3 days.

Problem restarted today.

Still no better. Have tried Scan Doctor and all other remedies as below.

Every time I now wish to print I need to reset the Printer spooler once I have sent the document to the printer.

This only happens on my main machine  - running Windows 7. No problems with others on network running 10 & Vista
