Hi! @Le28, Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I'd like to help you further, but I need some information in finding the root cause. Please share the information requested to assist you better.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Are the printer and the phone connected to the same wireless network?

Are you able to connect other devices to the same network?

Was the router replaced recently?

Are you able to print from other devices?

Also, share the operating system you are running on the PC to assist you better.

Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.

Now let's do some troubleshooting and see if that helps.

If you are using a wireless router, check your router’s documentation or support site to make sure it meets the following requirements:

Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Bonjour support: HP recommends routers that support Bonjour, Apple's network discovery software. Connecting with Bonjour is the best way to find the printer and support wireless printing.

Please try few steps recommended below.

Restart the computer, printer, and router to resolve any network or communication error states.
   NOTE:
The following steps temporarily disconnect network and Internet connections, and require restarting your computer. Complete any tasks or downloads in progress before continuing.
Disconnect the power cord from the router.
Turn off the printer.
Close all running programs on your computer, including the HP software installation window, then shut down the computer.
Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.
Turn on the printer.
Turn on the computer.

Try the steps recommended below.

Try restoring the network settings to default and connect the printer to the network

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.

4. Touch Yes.

5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset

Connect the printer to the network using wireless setup wizard.

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the
Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless).
2. Touch ( Settings ).
3. Touch Wireless Settings.
4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
