Printer prints only Black and white on wireless.

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage Ultra 4729
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently shifted to Windows 10 and when I connected my printer using the wireless connection, the option to choose either color or black and white has totally disappeared, the printer is only printing black and white. I tried reinstalling the printer using wired, it works perfectly fine on a wired connection but as soon as I shifted to wireless, the problem resurfaced. All the drivers have been downloaded from hp official site. The problem appears only to be occurring while using from PC, while sending prints from phone using ePrint gives not such problems.Kindly help.

Once you install the printer, change the bellow settings to print in color.

  1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer that you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
  3. Make your choices, and then click OK.
  4. Under option Print color select color , then the OK button.

Let me know how it goes.
